Added pics of before and after Texas fries: I also had to fix it myself. The fries tasted stale & seems like it was sitting hours before they sent it to me. Barely any cheese on there. Added my own cheese & tried to make the best of it. The brownie tasted weird... First & last try... I would recommend street corn though

Best chili we've been to in a long, long time. The service and food were on point today. The food was out so fast she kept the refills coming she was so very nice. We got there around 1:00 and out by 2:00 she never lacked and we never had to ask for anything. She always brought exra food, which was great. Everyone was nice. We had 2 other servers, and they were so nice they would stop by our table and check on us! Just keep on y'all are doing great!

I found a new place for burgers my way, I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and first time I was ever asked how I want it cooked, awesome burger experience lol.
Solid food and service. They kinda lacked on the secret sauce for my burger but no biggie. Good atmosphere and a good location for all ages.

I ordered skillet queso and cup of chicken enchilada soup and I was delivered a single bag with a container of skillet queso dip and soup. Nothing else. No chips or salsa. This is the second time this has happened. I was hoping it was just an oops but no. I called the store and was told by the person who answered it was her fault but sorry nothing could be done. No delivery of the rest of the order, nothing. I could come get it but that was it. Same as the last time. She said when it comes up chips and dip we automatically do both but queso doesn’t say chips and dip. I said that explanation makes no sense because it is a dip and chips come with it. I just don’t understand.I was told to put a complaint in with Door Dash to get the rest of my order. I asked why I would complain on someone who did nothing wrong whenever you admitted it was your fault. Again she said she was sorry that was all that could be done.

This is the worst place ever as far as customer service. I had ordered food that was taking longer than usual to be picked up by an Uber driver so it was still at chilis. The girl was rude saying she wasn’t responsible for the freshness of the food even though it was still at chilis, she then called me a vulgar name and hung up on me. After calling back to talk to manager I was yet again hung up by her, not once, not twice but 10 times!!
Everything involving the staff and food was 10/10 but the bathroom was awful ? no toilet paper in any stall, trash all overflowing the bins, no bag in the lady product bins, toilet clogged, awful stench.

Bad service, bad food (came out cold and literally the smallest portions ever) spent $70 on two people to get $1 service and $20 worth of food. Chilli’s used to be my favorite place but this location definitely isn’t worth it anymore.
