Vegetarian options: Just they was out of veggies and other things to put on your meal. If your going to stay open till 11pm have everything to last till you close. I came in quit early and they were out of most stuff.

I’m from Frisco Tx and I’ve been eating chipotle for YEARS, I’m talking 20 plus years it has been top 2 favorite places to eat. But it seems over the theyve gotten worse and worse. And today in Jonesboro it was by far the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to, I get it that the prices have gone up every where in the world but how on earth the quality and quantity of food has gone down. I got a steak burrito and they gave me a half scoop of steak to where I had to ask for double steak just to get a full scoop. Not only that but once the burritos were done they were about as big as a Taco Bell burrito, 2 of them and 2 cokes for 40 dollars. Smallest burritos I’ve ever seen to the point that my wife and I agreed we would never go back again. I would stay away from this place all together

Small portions and high prices! They charge extra it you want cheese, sour cream and other stuff added in your bowl. Price is already high before they start adding to it for toppings that should be included. Small portions! Staff acted like you should know how to order and got frustrated when I asked how it worked… I’d never been here before! IF there were to be a next time I still wouldn’t know the ordering process!!! What’s included and what’s not??? Small portions or at least in my bowl. Not the place to go if you are on a budget. And not the place to go if you want to splurge because you do not get much for your $$$

Very rude employees did not know of a double burrito which is to tortillas to make it longer. And then the lady checking us out didn't let us know that there was a kid's meal that came with a cup for a drink did not give us any silverware to eat the bowls... Won't be coming back to this Chipotle please train your employees better

The food was tasted good. I got a kid’s build your own tacos because normally that is plenty of food for me. They totally skimped on the portions. Then there was a manager at the register barking commands at the employees about they needed to be serving the customers faster. They should be doing 5 orders a minute. She had a new employee at the start of the line asking what people wanted. One of my least favorite trips to Chipotle. It’s already a noisy place and then for the manager to be carrying on just made it not enjoyable to me.
