My first time coming with five children ranging from 6-10. They were excited and when I drove up the parking lot had trash all over the grounds. That told me it wasn’t a clean environment to eat. The floor full of trash and food. Tables with trash and hard to find clean table. There was only medium pizzas available so I was unable to get a deal with drinks. It took 45 minutes to get my pizza. Then they left me the wrong pizza. The salad bar needed attention…pitiful, lettuce turn color. When I went to bathroom, dirty with floor litter with paper.
If Chucky Pizza can’t do better than this lock the doors. Our children deserve better.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude to me I asked her a question and she completely ignored me and started talking to my husband instead I tried to ask her after me she was rude again it was so bad that I wanted to leave and it got me n my husband into it that I didn't play not one game we bought a family pass for 3 months for 6 people horrible experience so I watched my kids and husband play the games the 3/4 hours we was there while she rolled her eyes at me the entire time I never got my question answered and we didn't get our points for the tickets because she would not help me it was my sons bday also we paid 3 months got a month left n only went once it's very small in there also, I had free pizzas and couldn't even ask her how to use them

Some of the games weren’t working but staff was super helpful and nice. I haven’t had pizza there in over 20 years and I was super surprised it was actually really good! The cost is a little higher than anticipated, but even the parents had fun so we will definitely go back.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese in Jonesboro tonight for our daughter’s fifth birthday. We didn’t schedule anything, and even without telling them the general manager welcomed us and went above and beyond to make us happy. We’re a huge family and honestly we don’t like taking all of our kids out at once. We love to give our kids experiences but it’s exhausting as parents. Once we thanked her and told her we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday she went all out even more. She and her whole team were beyond accommodating. Fixing games if they overheard us saying one was broken, doting on my kids, paying special attention to be sure they were having fun. The place was packed with numerous parties but they still made us feel like a special guest the whole time. Honestly we have been going to hijinx since we moved here five years ago, but this experience absolutely won me over. I have never felt more love from a staff in my whole life. This whole team that was present tonight needs a huge bonus!
