Just want to shout out Jonesboro’s Chuck E Cheese. Incredible and patient service from the employees. Their manager Jesse, was in sight for anything the workers and customers needed. Definitely recommend and will be back with family and friends.

The food wasn't great, and it was off tasting. The trampoline isn't part of the package, which is dumb because we thought we had access to everything. The salad is overpriced. One of the associates at the register was very inconsiderate and rude. I will never come here again it was unpleasant and overall a waist of money.

The kids had a lot of fun, and the pizza came out fresh and hot. They also do a military discount. The management was friendly. When you buy a package, the trampoline should be included in the price. I'll call corporate and complain.
