This place always reminds me of being home. No matter when I’m at. Love this place and I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff works hard to make you feel special.❤️

Poor experience with supper, chicken & dumplings served with chicken tenders as a substitute! Not good

Our waitress, Amy, was so helpful and thoughtful. I hope she waits on us next time!

Barely any chicken on my grilled chicken salad. No salad dressing in the bag. Plus, I had to wait on it when I arrived to pick it up. Sheesh. Not a hard order to fill.

Service was slow. I think we had a new waitress and when we did get our food it was lukewarm not really hot. I had the maple bourbon chicken it was good.

I am the only one of our group that had any issues with our most recent visit. That single issue was: I ordered the pot roast, and it was seasoned to heavy with pepper. I am from the "season to taste" school and would prefer to season to MY taste instead of the cooks seasoning to their taste.

We stopped going as often as we used to. The service is still great but the food hasn't been very good for sometime now! It is cold and tasted old. The hashbrown casserole used to be so hot and fresh but now it is hard and rubbery tasting. I really think they just reheat left over food from the day before or that is what it taste like to me. They really have gone down hill on the quality food their food.

I always have to specify that I can't eat runny eggs, if any of it is runny it turns my stomach. I have gotten scrambled eggs still partially runny. I love bacon but must be crispy, I can't stomach chewy bacon even ordering crispy it still comes chewy. I love Cracker Barrel and it used to be really good however quality is definitely lacking lately.
