i came inside to place an order and all the staff greeted me with warm welcomes as i walked in. this made me very happy after a long frustrating day. they were busy as there was a game across the street but still were smiling and very polite. my fish sandwich was amazing and fresh and my cheese curds were nice and hot. order accuracy and atmosphere of the restaurant & it’s employees will be the reason i always come back!

I had gotten 2, 4pc chicken strip baskets. 1 of them with country gravy for my wife and the other sauced and tossed buffalo. I got to the window and after being told they still do Buffalo they said they didn’t, even though they were able to give me the Buffalo to “toss” them myself. Didn’t want to make a fuss so I said ok and went about my way. Upon arriving home I was going to eat my meal and then my wife opens hers and YOU DIDNT GIVE HER SAUCE. She is also 7 months pregnant. All you had to do was put the sauce that I ordered in the bag. Something so simple and it’s irritating.
I understand everyone makes mistakes, but in my line of work you measure twice before you cut.

Dairy Queen in Arkansas is very different from DQ in Texas where I'm from. Theres no dude, no tacos and no Beltbuster. Different but still delicious 😋

This dairy queen was… something. The staff acted like smiling was an optional side dish. My drink showed up with no ice, so I basically paid for lukewarm soda soup. The food? Let’s just say it was so mediocre I had to double-check I wasn’t at a middle school cafeteria. Honestly, the highlight of the night was leaving.

Start the doordash orders before the delivery person arrives.

Look. I’ve got a kid that loves their chicken stupa with gravy. He likes to keep the cup he loves it so much. This manager Ivan was so cool. Honestly it’s nice to have that kind of personal touch that this dq does. We really enjoy this place like a neighborhood gem.

They didn't get our order right and all we got was two dipped cones and a dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Was supposed to be one vanilla dipped cone and one chocolate dipped cone. They left the chocolate one off so they had to ring us up twice and still gave us the wrong dipped cone. The employees we not very friendly either.

This has been the best experience we have had eating out in a long time. The employees were amazing. They were all so nice, happy and smiling, and I felt welcome the entire time. Thank you for the excellent service and I hope the boss does something special for all of you.
