The food was not enough in the chicken basket. The chicken looked pitiful.it was small and skinny. And they didn’t put a lot of fries in there. It looked like a small hand full. It was NOT worth the price for a medium basket. The dipping sauce was also not enough. The one in Paragould does better but they aren’t a grill & chill place. I don’t blame the workers for doing their job but i do blame the greedy rich guy that owns this place for not making better experiences for customers. Go to the one in Paragould and you will see a HUGE difference and get a better experience than i did for my first visit. Other than that I’m sure this places burgers are better but don’t get the chicken baskets.

Drive thur... They were out of beef. Only had chicken and the 3 pcs meal I got had hot fries and old chicken strips. Worst thing was that I asked for Ranch for strips and the ranch was so watered down that the ranch would not stick to chicken stripes.

My blizzard is never mixed correctly. All the ingredients are at the top and it's just ice cream at the bottom, even when I ask for extra mix ins. I don't know why this location does that.

Literally after I ate I was feeling so nauseous. I definitely got food poisoning from this place. I got home and slept. Woke up at 4 am and I ran to the bathroom to throw everything up. Now I can’t keep anything down after eating from this place. Even water. I hope someone does something about this because I feel like death.

Ordered lunch for me and my wife online she went to pick it up and waited over 40 minutes for our order. The manager was convinced there was nothing she could do about it. Do better dairy queen. Side note I was told to email them so they could make this right and never heard back from them. Could be a simple mistake but I believe they're just trying to save face with a false comment.

They actually got my order correct, however, the hamburger meat was about the size of a silver dollar, way overcooked, the bacon on t he burger was only half cooked. The onion rings tasted old. Dairy Queen on Hilltop lost a customer... I won't be going back! At least burger king does it right... SMH...
