Service was very slow. Wife had some brownie bites in her freeze that were left over in the blender.

Every time I go there the food is good and service is great! You don’t wait long for your food they get you in and out! I recommend this location to anyone looking for great food.

I’m pleased with this DQ. It’s close to my home so I visit frequently. All of my visits are great but my most recent visit was review worthy. I went through the drive thru for my order and was face to face with the most kind person I’d ever met. I was indecisive of my ice cream and she was so patient and supportive with all three flavors that I was struggling with. She told me what was popular and what her personal preference was. She even waited for me to try my choice and let her know if I was satisfied. 🙂
I went inside to tell the GM about how wonderful the staff had been and even she was great! She bragged on her staff and said that she is always so proud of the service they provide. When she praised her staff instead of herself, I knew then that the staff is great because the management is great!! Kudos to DQ, they got it right with this team.

Only got a milk shake. However such large pieces of strawberries in it I couldn’t drink it. I mean like slices of strawberries. I frequent this place because it’s close to the house but unfortunately won’t be back. The drive thru worker was nice but when I watched her stick her hand into the ice maker then eat ice out of it, then stick her hand in it again to make a drink… nope…btw picture is after I dumped shake into another glass to seperate

Blizzard had all the toppings in the top inch and plain ice cream under that. Appeared to be a new location but they need training.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I witnessed at the Dairy Queen in Jonesboro, Arkansas. In this day and age, it is beyond unacceptable for any establishment to refuse service to someone because they have a service dog. This restaurant's blatant disregard for the law and lack of compassion is shocking.

Service dogs are essential for many individuals to live their daily lives, providing crucial support and assistance. Refusing entry to someone with a service dog is not only discriminatory but also illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The staff at the Dairy Queen in Jonesboro showed a complete lack of understanding and empathy. Their behavior was not only insensitive but also deeply disrespectful to the individual who relies on their service dog. Such actions demonstrate a fundamental lack of training and awareness about the rights of people with disabilities.

I urge everyone to think twice before supporting a business that practices such blatant discrimination. The Dairy Queen in Jonesboro needs to seriously reevaluate their policies and staff training to ensure that no one else has to endure such humiliating treatment.

This experience was deeply disappointing and infuriating. Until the Dairy Queen in Jonesboro makes significant changes and publicly addresses this incident, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was informed that I couldn't eat at the Dairy Queen on Statium Blvd in Jonesboro because I have a service dog, but I entered the restaurant and told them it was a service dog. They initially said it was fine, so I ordered, but then they said I couldn't dine in with the dog. I educated them that kicking me out for having a service dog was illegal and asked for a refund. I left feeling disappointed with their lack of knowledge and customer service.
