The food was okay—not the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst either. What really stood out was the service. The lady who took our order was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience much better. One plate pictured is ribs and pork and the other is ribs and what is supposed to be brisket.
I decided to go to Demo's BBQ for my celebratory graduation lunch. I had just graduated from A-State and was really craving BBQ, and I had never tried Demo's before, so I figured, now's the time for new things, so I took my family there. They had plenty of seating for 11 of us which was nice, considering that it would've been difficult at other restaurants. I ordered their rib plate with fries and coleslaw and it came with a slice of bread. The food was just...
Very disappointing experience. The pork BBQ had never been exposed to smoke and was tastless, tough and stringy. I've eaten BBQ in AR, TN, TX, MO and KS and this was the worse excuse for smoked BBQ pork I've ever encountered.
