I had the worst experience today with Frankie and Kaitlyn at the Johnson store! I called in my order and after waiting over 40 minutes for my order when I was told it would be ready in 15 mins and waiting at the window over 8 mins before someone acknowledged I was there, mind you 4 people saw me sitting there!
