It took them over an hour for delivery. Store is literally around the corner...maybe 5 minutes away. I ordered chicken, bacon pizza. There was barely any sauce (Alfredo sauce) on the pizza. The edges were burnt and there wasn't enough chicken to even call in a chicken pizza. Most slices had no chicken on them. We were frustrated and hungry but we ate at it. I ordered 2 pizzas and we had enough left to overfill one of the pizza boxes. So sad. The driver was apologetic and we did tip him. After all he couldn't control when the pizza was ready nor the appearance. They sent an email apologizing because they knew they were wrong. However, the email said claim your offer and when you clicked it nothing came up. I am highly disappointed 😔

All I can say is, this is how my pizza was handed to me. Half in one pizza box and half in another..? It was just one large ham pizza. Not even a two topping. I've never seen something so strange from a pizza place. I can't see how an employee would think it's OK to sell/serve food that looks so unpresentable. If I could give 0 stars, I would without hesitation.

Today i ordered a pizza with mushrooms and pineapple toping,but they ruined it, they mixed everything. I ordered half liter coke, marinara and pizza with no extra cheese. When the delivery boy reached to my apartment, i unbox the box and i was socked, it was so disgusting and my marinera sauce was missing,they put extra cheease in it with no original sauce. I didn't like the smell and test, so i threw it away. They ruined my money and food both. I don't recommend this store. This is not the first time they spoiled my pizza

Save time and money, don't use this location. The lady taking our order was rude over the phone, we were told 30 minutes for our delivery and got it 45 minutes later, and our order wasn't right. The delivery driver didn't have change, but we were hungry and tired of waiting, so we ended up paying more than the amount due.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how this site treats their customers. The food is usually almost always good but the customer service is 95% bad. I order my ONE pizza at 6:56 and it is CURRENTLY 7:21 and it has not even been put in the oven. Then I call to check whats up, but instead was put on hold for over 10minutes… that’s absolutely unacceptable.
I understand being busy, but please be realistic. Let me know when ordering the pizza that it would take a while so I can plan accordingly. But do not lie to me and say it’s gonna take 15mins tops…
