Got a dish of chicken alfredo with my order and when I grabbed the box I thought it was empty. There's so little in there that you can see the bottom of the tin.

lost a customer at this store today. Called to ask if they could make a delivery, as I was the only one in my place of business today. She got very loud with me and stated they were not taking any more orders period because she’s the only one there she yelled something else at me and hung up. I was kind of in disbelief.

I see a lot of negative reviews but was pretty satisfied. My last order the pizza crust was a little burnt on one side. Other than that it's a decent price and the have always been very fast and friendly.

I was having issues viewing the menu online, so I called in to ask some questions. The "manager", who neglected to provide a name, was extremely rude.
All I wanted to know was "what comes on the extravaganza" and her only response was "everything" (in a very sassy tone)
Well that's great, but I don't work there or get it often, so I don't know what "everything" is, so I asked her kindly to list off the toppings. She then told me to look at it online.
Her arrogance and outright rude customer service just lost my business.

I called for a pasta bread bowl. Got it delivered and there’s no pasta in pasta bread bowl. My bread is raw and doughy. Waste of money
I place an online order for delivery. However, I mistakenly put a $45 trying to change it. Before I could correct my mistake, I assumingly accidentally hit the complete order. When I realized my mistake, I called the store on Red Wolf to make the correction. I spoke to a mail manager who was very rude and told me he would cancel my order and hung up on me. I called back to speak to him about his behavior, and I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. A female came to the phone and told me the manager was busy I asked for his name, and she said it was illegal to give out the manager's name (really!). When I tried to tell her it wasn't, she also hung up on me. These managers need to be trained on customer service. This was so uncalled for!

They messed up our order, but didn’t even have the decency to deliver the correct pizza when we were willing to meet them halfway. They thought they were doing enough just fixing the order! ?♀️

This guy named Dorian cussed me out because he didn't make my pizza right and his manager Crystal condones this disrespectful behavior towards customers they play music in the restaurant with profanity in it and the employees go in the back of the restaurant to smoke marijuana which I believe that's why the customers is always complaining about their food not being made right and why their issues don't get resolved if you ask me they need to drug test everyone that work there and fire everyone that is found with drugs in their system and that have been rude and disrespectful to customers
