My food was not fully cooked (raw). The general manager Crystal is very unprofessional and rude. She hung up the phone on me. She has poor customer service. And when I called back I asked her "may I have corporate number", she replied "no" and hung up again. The food is horrible and the service, don't go here.

I asked for my pizza well baked, not burnt. I always ask for my pizza well cooked because sometimes they left it raw and I never had any problems until now when they gave me my pizza burnt.

Messed up my order and when I called back The lady there got rude with me and hung up on me all because I said I even tipped her exact words was (( that has nothing to do with me))… yea but it has everything to do with me as a customer like seriously!!???….. so upon me coming up there to get my pizza she threating to call the police on me then she tried to give me my money back I said I wanted my pizza not the money then she slapped 30 on the table and said take it before I call the police and have you escorted out of there… So I left and then called the police myself to make a complaint I’m obviously a black man and of course if I would’ve acted out and further escalated the situation I would’ve got shot by police or went to jail …So yea I called the police and calling corporate in the morning I want her fired and I’m not even that type of person but she was very rude and nasty and tried get me killed or sent to jail about a pizza you guys messed up

I have an uncommon food allergy (alpha-gal) that makes eating out complicated. They took extra care that my food was safe to eat and were very freindly about it too.

Usually I have a good experience but the last 2 times I have gotten my order wrong. This most recent time my pizza was made incorrectly and I brought it back in to have it fixed. I was told they had to remake it and with no urgency whatsoever. I was given no apology. I was given no type of accommodation for their screw up. Just an extra 20 minutes added on to my already long day. I couldn’t even keep the pizza they screwed up. Instead they just threw it away and wasted it. Customer Service is garbage and they didn’t seem to care at all that they made my night a little worse. Will not be coming back.

I ordered 12 pizzas for a party for the next day. Told them I'll be there at 1.I got there at 1:10 and the order wasn't even started. Apparently it didn't pop up on their screen.There was two workers there, the cook got right on it and had most of the pizzas getting the toppings on it.Yes it was ready, but they were ready for when the party started.All hot and fresh.Also was told I could only use my slice the price card on one pizza. When it clearly states I could have bought 10 and get 10 free.They were still kind enough to let me use it for each pizza I got

Had a horrible experience at the Alexander location then ordered from RedWolf and like night and day!!! Had pizzas ready super fast just as ordered! Alexander never again!
