I will never walk in this restaurant again. Our server was HORRIBLE and kept trying to take plates when we were not done after we told her we weren’t done. A drink was spilled on accident and all the waitresses cleaning it up rolled their eyes at us the whole time. Oh and the cherry on top, as my family was walking out our server was openly speaking horribly about it. This restaurant should be ashamed. Never in my life would I imagine speaking that way to anyone the way our server was talking about us. This was the trashiest experience I’ve ever had.

Every time I'm in Arkansas, my dad and I dine in for breakfast. The staff is friendly and quick, and your coffee cup doesn't stay empty.

This place was a welcome treat after ten hours of traveling. The strawberry pancakes were fluffy airy and were cooked thoroughly with the perfect slices of fresh strawberries on top to finish out this dish. Strawberries were cut thin and were placed evenly across the plate. The hash browns were simply perfection. Crispy outside soft inside and not overdone to mush. The country chicken and eggs were done well and seasoned to perfection. Absolutely will return for another amazing breakfast!! And don't forget to grab a sweet tea!! No extra needed it was done exceptionally well!!

Eggsellent Cafe has always been a classic since I have moved to Jonesboro. If you're wanting a hangover cure, you go to Eggsellent Cafe handsdown. This is my first time writing a review on them, and it was also my first time trying one of their omlettes. I ordered their Western omlette, while my friend ordered a skillet with a side of fries and my boyfriend ordered a Spanish omlette with a side of biscuits and gravy. Obviously I am biased, but honestly you have to order the omlettes when you go here. I can't believe I hadn't until just recently, because it is by far the best thing on the menu out of everything I have tried. The omlette wasn't full to the brim of vegetables or ham, but an equal amount so that there wasn't too much toppings where there was barely enough eggs or making the omlette too heavy where the eggs weren't cooked all the way through, and that there wasn't too much egg to the point where the toppings would have been useless. The fries were okay, but obviously you don't come here for the fries. You come here for the hashbrowns! I wish the hashbrowns would be a little bit more seasoned, but I understand not everyone has the same tastebuds as I, hence why you can salt and pepper them at the table. Speaking of which, my friend has many dietary restrictions, and they were incredibly accommodating! So if you're gluten free, don't be shy to come eat here at Eggsellent Cafe!

Service was phenomenal! Food came super quick! Prices were very reasonable. Not many places you can get a full plate for a small bill anymore. Coffee stayed filled. Our food came quick and hot.

Cold biscuits and gravy. Husbands chocolate gravy was choked up and out it was so nasty. They did not care or even offer him something else . Sausage burned. Won't be back.

Breakfast at Eggsellent Cafe: I had eggs Benedict with home fries, rated 7/10 (owing to the deli meat ham) 10/10 for the home fries. The food was good and the service was quick. My husband's country fried steak, hash browns, and pancakes earned a 9/10. We'll be back.

I have not been there before. It's pretty simple order biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. Microwaved biscuits are a sin. I literally had to cut my biscuit with a knife. The grave was good, and sausage was tasty, but if I had a silver dollar in my pocket, I would have taken a photo for comparison. Fool me once. Service was good, but if asked, I would have certainly shown her how the biscuits were microwaved to death and even let her try and cut one. There is no need to send it back because you would get more microwaved breakfast.
