Service was great, food was good with very little waiting. They seemed to be a little short staffed but our server was really trying hard to take care of all of his tables.

We had the chicken Chimichanga and the Leon Burrito. The chips and cheese dip were phenomenal, and I enjoyed the chili salt at the table. Chicken was tasty, steak had good flavor as well. Would recommend to a friend.

My dining experience was great (once I was sat and greeted by my wonderful server) taco Tuesdays are the best up there!! The reason I gave 1 star is because the hostess up front is just rude it isn't our first time coming in here and feeling like we were just a problem to her they need to replace her with someone who at least acts like they want to be there I asked her name and was told it's laura (don't know if I spelled it right) manager needs to either fire her or train her better cuz she needs it badly

I placed an order directly through El Acapulco's website and encountered a major issue when I went to pick up my food. There was a notice on the restaurant door about a gas leak problem, causing significant inconvenience.

The next day, I called and spoke to the manager, hoping for some understanding or resolution. However, he completely denied any knowledge of the situation, accused me of lying, and even claimed the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays, which clearly wasn't the case. He abruptly hung up on me, suggesting I contact DoorDash instead.

When I reached out to DoorDash for assistance, they informed me that since I placed the order directly with the restaurant, they couldn't help and advised me to resolve the issue with El Acapulco directly.

This entire experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I have no reason to fabricate such a situation, especially when I have confirmation emails to prove my order. It's evident that the manager's behavior was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns.

As a result of this terrible experience and the lack of accountability from El Acapulco's management, I have decided never to order from them again. It's truly unfortunate that this incident has soured my opinion of a restaurant I once enjoyed.

We had such a great experience here. The food was full of flavor and the service was amazing. It's so hard to find good service these days...and this was great service. The staff was attentive, the kitchen was quick and accurate!! We will definitely visit again!!

nothing will ever compare to home cooked food but this is a decent establishment and is usually pretty good. It is a little top much for the quality in my opinion
