“We decided to try something new for breakfast Sunday after church. The Parsonage is the old downtown area in jonesboro. It had a really neat vibe to it. On walking up there is an outside eating area with a doggy door, so dogs can join in but not go through the restaurant. The decor inside was old retro and had a warm feel to it. We ordered a toad in a hole made with their own sourdough bread and chopped ham under the egg served with county style potatoes. We also ordered a breakfast bowl called the Bishops bowl. Both were very good. The service staff was very friendly and quick. There was a mix up where they brought the wrong order to our table instead of the table next to us. They were quick to make that right. The prices were fair for the portion and the portions were just right. We will definitely recommend them and be back again soon.“
