My first time here today. It's was just....ok. Servers were nice and food was ready right away. But..the restrooms were out of order Very annoying. The food? Was kinda bland. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and lasagna sampler. The Alfredo sauce was bland but also kinda salty Same for the lasagna. The sauce was kinda bland and salty and barely any cheese in there or meat. Bread sticks too salty.

I went to this fast food Italian restaurant for lunch and it was about what I expected. The service was good and quick, so no complaints there. The food was reasonably priced and it seemed hot and fresh. There was a lunch crowd but it did not seem to affect the service of the place, which was nice. The dish came with breadsticks as well, which were good.
I deducted 2 stars because I would prefer my pasta and sauce be mixed together instead of the sauce being served on top of the pasta. The sauce to pasta ratio was also off, in my opinion, as there was too many noodles. Also, the taste of the sauce was rather bland. I would go here again, if somebody wanted it but it would not be my first choice.

I got my order to go. It was hot, fresh and served promptly. I was actually impressed with the timing. There wasn't much of a line though. Still, the food was fresh. The pricing is about what you will pay for the standard fast food meal. Around $15. Mine was $13 because I didn't get a drink. But the Fazolis App also helps reward you for your purchases. And you can always just save the receipt and upload it on the app. You still get the rewards without having to make the order through the app. All in all, I'd say try it out. I wasn't disappointed. Lol.

The cashier and people behind the counter were very rude! But there was one young man that made our service very pleasant! His name was Javion! He was very sweet and kind and very polite young man! Which the people behind the counter could learn from!
The workers were literally scream fighting and held up the whole restaurant. Need I say more?
