The staff was so friendly and helpful with assisting me in using my points and my sandwich was made quickly all ingredients to make it were very fresh I will forever love Firehouse Sub

I have eaten at several different firehouses across the state, and I have to say this is the first time I have been surprised and very disappointed. Every firehouse I have eaten at, their sandwiches are steamed and hot. This firehouse does not do that apparently and serves you a cold sub. If I wanted a cold sub, I would have gone to Subway. That is the whole point of spending $31.16 at Firehouse because they are different than crapway, I mean Subway. The low rating is for the food, because all of the staff were very friendly and courteous, and the store was very clean. This was a to-go order because I was in Jonesboro visiting my daughter, who is in college, and I live 3 hours away from here and we were already on the road back home otherwise I would of have had them fix it or gotten a refund.

For some expensive ass sandwiches you'd think they would do it right. Ordered a French dip and didn't get the au jus. Moron wouldn't refund the sandwich for its sub parness.

Ordered turkey and provolone with EVERYTHING on it. Girl asked “tomatoes? Lettuce? Cheese? Onion? …” he said yes. Get home and there’s nothing but turkey and cheese on the sandwich. You can order turkey and provolone online and it comes with everything..why can you not get the same thing in person? Cmon.
