The food here used to be good but since they've changed their line cooks it's not great. I used to know some of the cooks, many were from Central America. Now the cooks and front staff look to be from South/Central Asia region. The owner/manager seems to be the same, he was the one who would do the deliveries before they contracted out to Door dash, etc. I assume he's the owner, he's the only one who is still there and he seemed to be the one managing the show...
The gentleman who took our order this evening was very nice and attentive. We placed quite a large order than our usual. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes if that. The whole order was correct! And every bit delicious! Hong Kong is always my go to for Chinese take-out.
They're pretty fast and the food is good. They did recently get smaller takeout containers. So the size of what you get for a lunch special is smaller and the cost has gone up.
