Took 15 minutes to get a drink order. Another 15 to get our drinks. Was there for an hour before we got our food. Waitress never checked on us or offered a refill. My kids were supposed to get a dessert but hostess never asked what they wanted, and I didn't want to wait another hour. Last time I was here, I waitied at the hostess station for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up, so we left. This place has gone down hill.

We came in Sunday night and the food was amazing and everyone was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for our date night. The only negative was my husband's order was taking longer but we didn't want to fuss since everything else had been good. A woman (I am assuming is a manager) came out with the food and explained the first one had burnt cheese so they had to redo it and was thankful we were patient and offered to get us a dessert or whatever else we wanted as a thank you. So we weren't very upset anyway but that was extra nice and good costumer service. They are obviously working hard to do that for costumers and that's awesome considering how many places don't value good costumer service. We will definitely come back in the future.

Top of the line food, service, and atmosphere. The management team is beyond welcoming and dedicated to customer service. The restaurant set up is cozy yet classy. Little people know they grow their own food out of their own restaurant garden. They have currently been working towards a new menu and feel of the restaurant and I am loving the work they have put in. Don't sleep on Houlihan's my folks.

No service 😢 Supposed to be all day happy hour and the bartender didn't even show up until 4pm. We got there at 3:30 and decided to wait. The waitress was able to serve beer and wine but not take a food order for whatever reason she had. He shows up and doesn't acknowledge us, and still no one took our food order! Or asked if we wanted another drink. We left.......seriously

Hands down the worst Houlihans experience I've ever had. My Mojito took 10 minutes to reach the table and had zero alcohol content. Zero. Just club soda with a lime. Kitchen never made my tortilla soup to bring out before my meal. Somehow they were "out" of my first meal choice, so I ordered the Butternut squash pasta. It reach my table cold, had to ask them to microwave it. Then it came back I realized the "Italian sausage" on the pasta was actually Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. Literally same shit I buy at the grocery store for $3 a bag. Definitely never eating here again.

Food was amazing. One of the best steaks my wife and I have ever had! We both got the Kansas City Strip and some Firecracker Shrimp. Both steak were cooked they perfectly and the shrimp was well seasoned. The sides were even tasty. Would recommend the green beans, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese There was a bit of a wait due to not enough wait staff but the staff that is there was really nice and took care of us really well! Definitely recommend if you have the opportunity

The waitress was a vibe! She gave our group of 4 recommendations on the menu that turned out to be true. The food and drinks were delicious. There was live music. The music was low enough that we could talk and have a great time. We had a memorable time.
