I just had the worst breakfast experience at this huddle house location...everything went wrong starting with the greeter...not very friendly at all, the food was terrible prepared...they brought one item at a time...the coffee was old and tasted horrible...I ordered ham and eggs and hashbrowns...they brought me just the eggs and took about half and hour to bring the rest by that time my eggs were very cold I could only eat a waffle an my coffee...sent everything back...but I was charged full price for this meal...this is my first time eating here and I can assure you it will be my last...also the manager's attitude was very...bad...when I complained about the cituation She reluctantly reviewed the food bill and gave me a one penny discount...I took it as an insult... her last name is Kennedy...morning manager...I hope this review reaches their corporate office...

Came in at 9:20am waited till 9:40am to be seated. Our order was taken immediately but took forever to get our food we did not get out food until 10:40am and it was horrible! Most of it was cold and soggy! Will not be eating here again! Also our waitress never came over to let us know anything and I never got a drink refill. Then had to wait another 10 mins to be able to get the check to leave.

First time customer with hopes of finding a new to us restaurant since I'm not local to JB. My son and I had breakfast with him choosing a Philly Cheese steak omelet with sides and I chose the steak and eggs. My eggs with cheese were very delicious, cooked to perfection, toast and hashbrowns for us both were cooked and tasted great but the steak !! That piece of meat was fatty and questionable and not great at all!! I couldn't even finish eating. Never did our waitress ask questions about the quality of food or if everything was alright as we finished up. Waitress was left a tip for her efforts but for me and my family this will not be a restaurant we re visit.

I came to Huddle House in Jonesboro Arkansas. I asked for coffee the waiter Kennedy brought a cup with lipstick on it. She got an attitude because I asked for another cup. From that moment forward she never apologized just kept her distance. Never got creamer or anything. Bad customer service from KENNDY in Jonesboro Arkansas. Other than that Everything else was great.

I’ve been there many times and I am always satisfied with the service and food. This was my first time going since I changed my diet and they cooperated really well. I ordered the ham and cheese omelet and it filled me up. The waitress was really sweet. The only problem I’ve had in the past was my elderly grandfather was with us once and he used a walker and the hostess made him walk a long way to get to our table when there were plenty of tables close by.

This is our first time at Huddle House. Our server, Crystal, recommended my meal based on the fact that I let her know that I need something low salt you do a recent heart attack. Crystal was awesome! Perfect recommendation, perfect service, perfect first experience. I would rather have mediocre food and great service than mediocre service and great food. Crystal made sure that Huddle House didn't disappoint on either side. Great food great service all thanks to Crystal. We will definitely be back!
