First time customer with hopes of finding a new to us restaurant since I'm not local to JB. My son and I had breakfast with him choosing a Philly Cheese steak omelet with sides and I chose the steak and eggs. My eggs with cheese were very delicious, cooked to perfection, toast and hashbrowns for us both were cooked and tasted great but the steak !! That piece of meat was fatty and questionable and not great at all!! I couldn't even finish eating. Never did our...

I came to Huddle House in Jonesboro Arkansas. I asked for coffee the waiter Kennedy brought a cup with lipstick on it. She got an attitude because I asked for another cup. From that moment forward she never apologized just kept her distance. Never got creamer or anything. Bad customer service from KENNDY in Jonesboro Arkansas. Other than that Everything else was great.

I’ve been there many times and I am always satisfied with the service and food. This was my first time going since I changed my diet and they cooperated really well. I ordered the ham and cheese omelet and it filled me up. The waitress was really sweet. The only problem I’ve had in the past was my elderly grandfather was with us once and he used a walker and the hostess made him walk a long way to get to our table when there were plenty of tables close by.
