Called in a phone order for a simple omelette and two pieces of bacon over 45 minutes ago went to pick it up. Waited 15 minutes. It still hadn’t gotten done. I left and went to work hungry thanks for nothing IHOP. You need to train your people better.

This man was very scary. I accidentally said something and he kept staring at me and he almost attacked me and I could always feel him staring at me and ruined me experience. I was looking forward to this and the guy completely made it bad. This food was decent, but the service was horrendous. I’ve never been to a place with such bad service. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else.

Food was good and the waitress was friendly but the service was awful. We waited almost 20 minutes before someone asked what we wanted to drink.
Horrible! Went yesterday on Christmas Day at 5pm. We were immediately seated. I left to the restroom, and when I came back still no menus or even seen a waiter. Sat with my family another 15 minutes. Watching all the waiters and workers laughing, talking and doing absolutely nothing. They pointed at us, waited another 5 minutes and still no one came for our drink orders or gave us a menu. Finally walked off and left. Add insult to it all, one of your waiters told us thanks for coming to IHOP hope you come back again. No, I won't. Absolutely horrible service. What happened to this place!! Y'all wasn't even that busy last night!! To make matters even worse, a couple came in 5 minutes before we left, and they WERE HANDED MENUS AND HAD THEIR DRINK ORDERS TAKEN!!! 🤬😡
