We entered the restaurant at 10:50pm, didn't get our drinks until 11:20, didn't get our food ordered until 11:30, and didn't get our food until after 12. Once we did get our food, it was literally cold. The server came up to our table a total of three times throughout the night, and we talked to the other waitress more than we did our own server. I can understand being busy but our server said she had two tables and besides ours- the other table was one guy. This was so disappointing as a waitress.

Looked like the place was closed with all the blinds pulled. Five employees were standing around chatting and our waitress acted like she didn't want to be there or see us. Took forever to get our food, and it wasn't all that good.

The newer dividers and booths are quite nice, yet it was rather darker than I would prefer. Our server was attentive and kind. Food (a breakfast) was food, and your coffee was superb!!!

At 11:45 AM it was not busy. It was clean, service was quick and friendly. Food was served timely and hot. Burger was slightly dry but good. Onion rings were standard, slightly overcooked. Restroom was clean. Parking was easy and the lot was clean.

i really enjoyed the food. 100% worth it. and our server pierre was by far one of the best i’ve had when going out to eat. he definitely made the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. he’s 100% the backbone of the restaurant!

My husband And I visit this restaurant regularly & the service is usually great but it was very disappointing today. A young man sat us took our drink orders & told us that a young lady would be taking our orders. But she never gave us refills, never checked on our table, never even gave us silverware or napkins. We had to flag the young man down to get anything we needed so we gave him the tip because she didn't do anything. As I was walking 2the restroom I saw my server go and sit down as the young man served us. I think his name was Pier. Great job Pierre.

I ate at IHOP this evening with a group of friends. The food was great and Pierre, our server was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our satisfaction. Pierre was very relatable and he just made for a very wonderful dining experience. I must say it is hard to find service like we received this evening. Thank you.
