Electric atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and the food is great. Love the wings.
We love the food however, I called twice in a hour and half time spand to order dinner. 1st call they said call back in 30 min and they would have it ready by 7. When I called back 35 min later they wouldn’t let me order still. Very hard to support local when you can’t order. Very disappointed was really wanting a burger. 😞

Good sandwiches but my goodness the waitress was a SNOT! I ordered a burger with spicy pepper jack. She brought an American cheeseburger with bacon. I told her it was not my burger and she insisted it was. I told her that I did not order bacon and she told me just to pull the bacon off. So, I ate half of the burger as it was not what I ordered. Then the bill comes and she charged me extra for the bacon I didn't order. She begins to argue with me that I DID order the bacon cheeseburger to which I told her I did not. I ended up going to a manager. The manager apologized and removed the meal from the ticket (I only asked to remove the bacon charge). So, the management helped out but the server shouldn't be working in a customer service role.

I have a new rule for this place. The salads are good, but don't get one. Everyone else's plates come out and then you are kicking yourself for not getting a special burger. Don't waste the calories on a salad. Get a burger! 😋

J-Town Grill was absolutely amazing! I first heard their commercial on KXJK 106.5 FM in Forrest City, Arkansas, and I promised myself that the next time I was in Jonesboro, I had to give it a try.
When I got there, I couldn’t decide between the BBQ Nachos and the Pulled Pork Sandwich—so I ordered both. And I’m glad I did, because each one was seasoned to perfection! The flavors were rich, smoky, and full of that down-home goodness you can only get when the food is made with care.
The restaurant itself had a wonderful atmosphere—both inside and outside felt welcoming and enjoyable. On top of that, the staff was incredibly nice and made the whole experience even better.
Overall, J-Town Grill left a lasting impression on me. The food, the environment, and the people all came together to make it a truly memorable dining experience. I can’t wait to go back!
