There’s a young man who has worked here at every visit, he’s great and I can tell he has an amazing future. The service he provides to everyone is spectacular, a real man! I can see him getting into trouble by being kind to the wrong girl.
Restaurant is always clean or being cleaned, the food never takes too long, the prices are decent, location is great. I always see them keeping busy. You can see behind the counter and it is clean.
I’m a trucker and I definitely appreciate small gems like these.

Went to this KFC as it was on my way home from a trip to Memphis. It is connected to a TA Express travel center so it is convenient for people on the road as well as both sit just off Interstate 555. It has the full menu you find at most other KFC restaurants and they have a drive-thru as well as online/app ordering. I ordered a family meal and it was ready rather quickly. The staff that helped me during my stop were nice and the restaurant was not busy, it was clean, and organized.
The only reason I deducted a star was because the restaurant is a bit smaller than other KFC restaurants so I could see it getting crowded during peak times. Other than that, I do not or did not have any issues during my stop.

One of the cleanest and friendliest KFC's that I've ever been too. Their food doesn't taste like stale frying oil either!
In all the times I've come here, I've never had to wait very long and my food was always fresh and piping hot!

I'd Order Online and come inside to pick up my order and was told that she only have one Potpie and it will be over a half hour to make more so I'd waited and received my FOOD and it's was horrible and I'd look at the reviews and realized 😳 😕 they HAVE A VERY BAD 👎 REVIEWS WOW.

I ordered a 8 piece meal after traveling home all day and didn’t want to cook. My husband picked it up and said he would never eat there again because they were so slow When I got the chicken out to put it on plates it was very dry and old none of the pieces was “finger licking good”. It was awful. We are on a fixed income and this was a splurge night for us we were very disappointed will never go back!!

Disappointed that after a long day of driving I was turned away, they had 40 mins before closing and they turned me away saying that their lobby was closed. I didn’t argue it but when I asked that if I could walk up to the drive way they said I couldn’t and told me “unfortunately that last customer in the lobby is the last customer we will be serving.” If this is how you treat your customers then y’all lost my business.

Do not go to KFC TACO BELL ON SOUTHWEST DRIVE!!!!! ANYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOWS THAT KFC IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT!!! Do you know what I just delt with?
Last night we waited 30 minutes on “fresh food” THEN when we got home it was all cold. And the chicken was not fresh it had most definitely been re dropped. I called Red and talked to her she’s the night time manager and she was super sweet and I told her it took awhile to get the food and she said she knew because she’s the one who gave us our food and had gotten called in at 8 PM because of how short handed they were, which having worked in management in food industry before I so totally understand you know being short handed in a dinner rush but I told her that it’s okay and she said the food was gonna get replaced today because it was almost time for them to close so we were just gonna go up there for dinner the following night good deal that’s fine I threw all of our dinner away and ate leftover highland sub shop. Red was really nice and we actually chatted on the phone as she looked for my receipt and everything because I didn’t think they gave us one. well I have Maggie and Tempe today and gotta go grocery shopping and they wanted lunch so I called KFC. Oh my GOD the woman on the phone said that because someone got over on them for $45 earlier and that I was probably lying. And that I needed to bring the food and receipt up there. Receipt? no big deal but being 9 months pregnant and digging through the DUMPSTER for our food from last night was absurd. Them laughing at me for being for coming inside timid to the point of where I literally sat down so I could calm down and just watched the girls eat is what makes me upset. I walked in timid and the woman I was on the phone with, Tammy at the register (tall woman with red and brown braids fixed into a bun on her head) started smirking when I said that I dug the food out of the trashcan outside and I had the receipt as well. At this point I mean they see that I’m 2 weeks away from delivering and The man in the black shirt when I said that apoligized and was very nice remade my food, messed up my famous bowl but at this point I had just had enough I wanted to sit down and drink my drink. Every soda fountain except Pepsi and mtn dew was out so my 4 year old got a mtn dew (very rare occurrence). When I asked for a fork the woman handed me 6 of them wrapped up in tape. I have never felt with this at the KFC Taco Bell on Southwest Drive. I really want to call corporate and I even had to buy something so I could get a receipt so that I could know that forsure Tammy was her name because no one was wearing a name tag, everyone except the manager in the back shirt was rude and I was so mad I was shaking. I will NEVER be back to that place and I will be calling Red tonight to speak with her about it. I think the manger in the black shirt was only there to check on the store, but I feel like they need more professional people like Red in that building. If anyone knows how I can get ahold of corporate please let me know.
