15 minute wait for garbage food. When I brought it to the store manager Clarissa's attention she tried to tell me it was fresh. It was cold,soggy,and felt like styrofoam,so yeah I'm an idiot who's never had chicken strips. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't care but you will never get a red cent of my money. Done with KFC forever. All of them are terrible

Ordered off app it took 30 minutes to pick up. It seems like all chicken goes to keep drive moving, prepaid app orders take 2nd place.

I usually have to pull forward to wait on the Nacho Fries, but they're so good fresh! The staff is usually super friendly but I imagine they have it tough bc the speaker box is in and out and never seems to get fixed. Hope the owner resolves it at some point, bc it's been an issue for some time now.

Call ahead for pot pies! Service normally fast but O really really really want the grilled chicken too. Am so annoyed about cost of a buck when you get more bone and wing than chicken
Waited so long in the drive thru that I got out and went in for a refund. Place wasn't even that busy

I ordered a 8 piece meal after traveling home all day and didn’t want to cook. My husband picked it up and said he would never eat there again because they were so slow When I got the chicken out to put it on plates it was very dry and old none of the pieces was “finger licking good”. It was awful. We are on a fixed income and this was a splurge night for us we were very disappointed will never go back!!

They don't deserve a star at all. This is the second time we have went on a Sunday after church and there door say drive thru only. This Sunday we pull up with our family as we see ppl eating inside and as soon as we get to the door they come lock the door and put a sign up saying drive thru only. But they had customers in there eating. It was very rude.
