Went in to pick out doughnuts only to end up standing for 10 minutes to be ignored. I was the only customer in store and completely ignored. After no acknowledgement from either 1 of two employees working. I tried to leave store and door was locked. I unlocked door and left.

Stood there 10 minutes and refused to even speak to us. Store was empty. No other customers. We gave up and left. Never had such an awful experience at a restaurant. They locked the door with us inside.

Just bought very stale sour cream cake donut. No way this was made today!! One bite and I’m done with it. Tried the apple fritter and it is horrible!!! Definitely NOT made today either. The 2 glazed donuts are from today but the others are gross. Will not ever waste money here again

Just tried to get Krispy Kreme donuts on Highland (Jonesboro) and I think the guy at the drive through must really hate his job, gave me an attitude. He gave me his greeting but before I could even start with my order (I wanted to use my free 3 glazed donuts coupon); he RUDELY said, “by way, WE DO NOT HAVE GLAZED AT THE MOMENT.” WOW…… can you be any more rude to me? That is so disappointing and disrespectful to customers.
