I love Krispy Kreme but this ain't it. This is a washed out version, broken items, dirty atmosphere, cashiers and managers arguing about mistakes, no real leader on sight. The ones that are supposed to be leaders are working it to the ground and the others hide? If they are not yelling then they are on the phone. This place needs a whole new management and establishment, maybe another chic filet or slim chickens.

Love this Krispy Kreme! It has a nice small seating area where a lot of times they have kids movies on and a big window straight across from that area where you can watch them make donuts. The staff is always super friendly and they give you a free donut when the "hot light" is on. The donuts are absolutely delicious! I have never liked glazed donuts but the Krispy Kreme original glazed has become my absolute fav! This location makes THE BEST blueberry cake donuts! They are so full of blueberry flavor! If you submit your email, you usually get updates when they are running deals which they do quite frequently. The Jonesboro location has become my go to donut shop.

Ordered online for assort. minis, received a dozen glazed, went in to see what was wrong and the peron wt the frontz some man was very rude instead of just letting me speak to someone else he just mouthed off like what you want me to do about it. I oaid my money i want you to fix it or refund easy...overall Mrs. Christy fixed everything but the first person gets a thumbs down! Do better sir!

I was the only person in the line, possibly the only customer at all, and it took approximately 20 minutes to get a 60-degree coffee that I almost spit out when I tasted. Gave it back to them and it took another five minutes to introduce the concept of heat to the drink.
Paying over $6 for a medium coffee isn't my favorite thing to do, but the minimum that can be done is giving me a hot drink. It wasn't even warm.
We just drove all the way to Jonesboro. We placed our order on the app, and we got all the way to Jonesboro and they told us that they canceled our order due to they didn’t have them. They didn’t call us to let us know or anything.
