This place when it first opened was good and we have ordered to go food so many times spending over $100 every time, but here lately every time something is messed up on our order. Tonight we ordered two shrimp cocktail with sauce on the side. When we got home there were just two containers of sauce and no shrimp. We went back with it and they refused to give the shrimp. I will never order from here again and will advise others to follow suit. Trash customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional!

I'm glad to finally see more restaurants popping up further out in the Valley View area. This place can get very busy on Fridays, so be sure to get there early or late in order to avoid the dinner rush. The salsa is not the best, but the cheese dip is great, and the fundido dip is the best. The price point is very comparable to most other local, Mexican restaurants.

We had our granddaughters birthday party this afternoon and was extremely happy with every aspect of this restaurant.The service was fantastic, food was excellent. The staff accommodated our party of 13 family members and made the party one to remember. THIS IS A GREAT NEW RESTAURANT FOR THE JONESBORO AREA!!!Thanks for the fun La Cascada
