Just walked in waited 20 mins of them just walking around high as a kite not knowing what’s going on. Never took our order 10 people sitting in the waiting area 2-3 of them mentioned they had been there over an hour and a half waiting on an online order. Each time they ask the lady at the front desks asked what’s the name and scratches her head and walks back and does nothing. Went to pizza inn much better experience they need to fire each one of the people in there and re staff if they want this to be a real business

I hold give this a zero star if I could. Yes I know it’s cheap pizza and that’s what I expected. I ordered from the app which instructed me to use drive through. I sat at drive through window for 30 minutes while the employees ignored me just to finally corn to drive through window and tell me that they don’t use the window. They saw me there they could have told me when I pulled up yet no they decided to wait until my order was dry from their heat lamps

When i went to little Caesars we went through the drive thru and we order 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread and after almost an an hour of waiting we went back through to ask for the money then they brought out the food and said they were out of crazy bread and gave us something different and before that we saw 3-4 people walk out with crazy bread

Waited 45 minutes for a product that takes 8 minutes to prepare. Dozens of other customers served large orders as I sat there; waiting. Staff behind the counter were unapologetic and not considerate of my time as a patient paying customer. I ended up leaving after having paid, without my product. If you’re looking for a reasonably fast and good quality experience; this location is not where it is at.

Location is great right in town I stop at least once a week would be nice if parking lot was bigger. gentleman named Jesus has excellent customer service skills I had to ask what the gentleman’s name was anyone I’ve ever come in contact with at this location has been great food always hot and taste fresh, and price is affordable definitely will be back
