Went to the drive thru. Waited over 20 minutes and when waiting the employee was laughing and joking with someone that he knows. I had to go inside. They have gone downhill with customer service.
Their kiosk never works. They always have music playing. I feel that it distracts the workers from doing their job. They never have anything HOT AND READY. You usually have to sit and wait quite awhile. Hilltop is way better!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks online to pickup At 6:22. I showed up at 6:21. Waited 10 minutes at the drive through and they forgot I was there, asked my name again and left for another 5. They seen me again and asked me to pull to the side to wait. I tried asking how much longer and the window was shut in my face. Sat there waving my hand around and finally got someone attention. They told me about another 10 minutes. Got my an alert that my pizza was done at 6:50. Didn’t get my pizza until 7:02. Got the pizza Luke warm. Not cold but definitely not fresh at all.

I am going to recommend little ceaser pizza, professional,kind and Curtis workers there, pizza is delicious not with that greasy oil film or dry as cardboard crust, i could name some pizza places but that will be a another post, I don't review if I haven't been there and Imma be going visiting soon...bet on that 😀 😉 😜

Went through the drive through was rude.Didn't even let us complete our order.Didn't even repeat the order back to us.And then slammed the window and yank.The phone
Just walked in waited 20 mins of them just walking around high as a kite not knowing what’s going on. Never took our order 10 people sitting in the waiting area 2-3 of them mentioned they had been there over an hour and a half waiting on an online order. Each time they ask the lady at the front desks asked what’s the name and scratches her head and walks back and does nothing. Went to pizza inn much better experience they need to fire each one of the people in there and re staff if they want this to be a real business

I hold give this a zero star if I could. Yes I know it’s cheap pizza and that’s what I expected. I ordered from the app which instructed me to use drive through. I sat at drive through window for 30 minutes while the employees ignored me just to finally corn to drive through window and tell me that they don’t use the window. They saw me there they could have told me when I pulled up yet no they decided to wait until my order was dry from their heat lamps

When i went to little Caesars we went through the drive thru and we order 1 pizza and 1 crazy bread and after almost an an hour of waiting we went back through to ask for the money then they brought out the food and said they were out of crazy bread and gave us something different and before that we saw 3-4 people walk out with crazy bread
