When we entered a lady was asked to clean our table then we where seated I noticed a buger on table and there was still food and I asked for the table to be recleaned after recleaning it a second time I saw still food and the buger stuck to side of table I just slid over to not embarrass my mother. We ordered cowboy pork chops salad and baked potatoes me and mom share pork chops since there's 3When waitress brings salads and sets down on table I reach over to put mine in front of me and notice bowl has dried up food stuck to bottom and black stuff on bottom definitely not clean so I asked for manager and she came said she was sorry and went and made me new salad then our food came out and I asked her for an extra plate the manager said I will get you one. Came back and handed it to me and I said excuse me mam this plate is also dirty and has food on it she says I'm sorry I will get you another one. By this point I'm turned off worried that I'm going to get sick eating here. When manager gets back with plate I tell her I'm upset and she say they just got a new washing machine she doesn't know why dishes a not getting clean I said we'll as the manager you should washing dishes in a restaurant is a four step process 1rinse 2 wash 3 sanitize and 4 dry and put up and someone doesn't care to do that job correctly. Also I said with a restaurant with many dinning at this time the chances of me personally getting 2 dirty dishes at one table at 2 different times tells me that the other patrons are also eating on dirty dishes she said the next time we come in come see her and she would make sure it was perfect. Then we where given a bill no discount or anything so I paid my bill tipped my waitress by the way was the only good part of our experience brought home the food and gave it to dog. I would never recommend recommend Jonesboro Longhorn to anyone you could get sick from dirtyness.John Alexander

Great tasting food, attentive staff, and clean atmosphere. Value for the food...eh, not so much. I paid almost $9 for the stuffed mushrooms appetizer, and there were five (5) medium/small sized mushrooms. That's $2 each (after tax and tip)!Then we got our main course: two grilled chicken kids' meals, a ribeye steak, and the Napa Valley chicken. The grilled chicken tenders had ZERO flavor. The kids ate more ketchup than chicken. The broccoli was "too salty and too sour," so my kids pretty much ate nothing for $12 ($6 each).The ribeye was very thin and a bit bland, but overall fine. The Napa Valley chicken is supposed to come with artichokes, mushrooms, and tomatoes. There were three tiny pieces of chicken, with two artichoke hearts, three pieces of tomato, and two mushroom caps-- for $15!So, the prices bug me, but other than that, it was fine. :)

First time going and went with a group for my best friend's and my mom's birthday..The food was delicious the mac and cheese was fantastic..The steak melts in your mouth so tender and juicy!! Our server Emili was so sweet and attentive not only to us but all of her tables!!
