Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant grill

Went to this restaurant today about 1:30 and a employee came out leaving and pointed at us with two fingers and made sound like he was gonna shoot us ; did this twice ; we decided to never go here; didn’t feel safe or welcome we left!!!!!!!!!! Rating negative

I come here once a week, and it’s one of my favorite place to eat in Jonesboro! Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff is always friendly and my food is always tasty, hot and comes out quick! Also the pineapple margaritas 🤩🤩 I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Food and service were great!

All I wanted was to pick up my to go order. It was not busy, and I waited for a good 5 minutes before someone even came to help. Then another 5 minutes just to get my Togo order of chips and salsa and cheese dip. No meal, just appetizers. Come on now, I shouldn't have to wait that long.

Normally it's our favorite Mexican food. We're typically here on a Thursday night. Made the mistake of coming on a Friday and we were here early. Definitely understaffed tonight. It's August and it's hot in here. Normally it's chilly. They brought out my dinner and 15 minutes later everyone else's. They were definitely off their game tonight.

I will say they serve the best drink and food. I really love this place. My favorite servers are the couples who are really sweet and friendly. However the cake tresleches really disappointed me. This is straight up no bueno. This is not tresleches but some average pastry cake.

This review is specifically for Los Arcos catering (although I love eating at the restaurant too)! We used Los Arcos catering for a party this June, and we were blown away by the customer service and quality of food. The catering manager, Jorje, was extremely easy to work with and get ahold of for questions. He sent reminder texts about the upcoming event, was on time with delivery, and followed up about our experience following the event. I was truly grateful for his help! Not to mention that the food was a hit! I highly recommend Los Arcos for catering needs.
