First time ordering from Marco’s, my little niece eats here all the time and she was over and ask can she have some Marco’s pizza. Her mom said this is the only pizza place she likes. . Delivery guy was super nice and sweet and the pizza was actually delicious. Also came faster than I expected.

Bad attitude from an employee when we called at (10:30 pm) 30 mins before close to place an order. Estimated pickup was BEFORE close time (11 pm). Called back and asked employees first name for review and manager, Sammie would not give employees first name for this review. Sammie said it was illegal to give employees first name and they don't wear name tags. Sammie and his no name employee need to learn how to provide better customer service. I would think the owner of Marcos would want their employees to act appreciative of customer orders. We (did) order often from Marcos Hilltop. Sammie said that when they take an order at 30 mins before close then they have to stay later and they already stay past 12. Sounds like you may need to close 30 mins earlier because the Hilltop crew doesn't want to take orders the last 30 mins of the shift and do more damage then good to present and future customer orders. Papa John's got our order instead and will get our future orders. Papa Johns is happy to get orders during business hours.

So... I watch a older guy with grayish beard who was making pizzas, while handling raw meat, grab a pizza spatula, some bins and containers, opened the refrigerator, and handled some other tools, then go back to making someones pizza... All that with no gloves, no hand washing, no hand sanitizer or anything. I remember when I worked at McDonald's as a teen this could be termination. Meanwhile, there appeared to be two perfectly good boxes of gloves sitting above the self where the pizzas are constructed. This is my last time ordering from here. This really says alot about this place.
