Mazzio's Italian Eatery

The building is in need of some serious tlc and deep cleaning. The food was decent, I wouldn't complain. But we have been twice recently and both times we have went they have been terribly slow.

I have never been to a Mazzios, and didn't know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised. Traveling stop mid day, so there were few people there. Server was a doll! Sweet, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. We had questions about the Greek pizza, cauliflower crust. Oh boy was it wonderful! Clean bathroom. Nice environment with both booths and chairs.

I decided to give them a second chance and once again they could not get my order correct. You would think that it should not be too difficult to get an order of only two items correct. I guess not with this restaurant.

Well I had taken my grandchildren to the trampoline park right before we came to Mazzio's, and by the time we made it there it was already 8:30. I didn't realize that they closed at 9 and they were cleaning up so they could close. So I'm trying to gather my grands up so we could leave and the older gentleman, who I'm assuming was the manager, insisted that we could stay and sit down and eat. My husband and I kept asking were they sure and he kept saying absolutely. When I say that was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had, I am not exaggerating! They were so kind and patient and extremely polite. They were attentive to our needs and even though they would have been justified, they did not have bad attitudes at all! They kept coming to the table to make we didn't need anything or to make sure that everything tasted good to us. We didn't leave until around 9:30 but they were still kind and polite up to the moment we left! They even complimented my grandchildren for being so good(which they weren't!😄). That is an experience that I will definitely never forget. I really hate that I didn't get their names, but kudos to the team at Mazzio's Pizza in Jonesboro that served us on March 29, 2025. Thank you so much for being patient with us and may God forever bless you for the kindness that you all showed us that night!😘🫶🏽🧡

I brought a group of 30 high students to eat lunch buffet. The salad and pizza bar was well stocked, the food was great, and the students were happy! Thanks Mazzios!

The food was great and the workers was nice. Must try the rings and wings ❤️❤️. I will for sure be coming back.

Great food. Friendly staff. Try the ham, bacon, cheddar Calzone ring. It's amazing.
