I try to go to this 24/7 McDonald's between 3am and 4am. Sometimes they say that they can't serve me because (insert technical reason). When, I do get to order, the food is fresh and good.

We asked for ketchup at the drive thru and the older lady stated that “she promised she be sure to put ketchup in the bag” and after we got our food we still didn’t get any ketchup my husband had to go into the restaurant just to make sure I had some. Please if you don’t like your job choose a different one it’s not everyone else’s fault that pull up to the drive thru. We are hard working people just like everyone else and we are hungry. But as far as the food goes the food was amazing cooked to a crisp perfection good job guys!

I went for the $2 breakfast sandwich but my code didn't work. I didn't want it at regular price so the young lady asked the manager if he could fix it and he did one better and gave me the sandwich free, I only paid for my drink. I think his name was Larry (not sure). Thank you, it was much appreciated ??

Sat in line for over 30 mins at 7pm just to get the food and it was cold...you don't have this problem in the morning the line keeps moving but at night who knows
