Went to Ordered a quarter pounder, strawberry shake with fries and a mcrib From the both . I did not get a receipt from the both so asked the heavy set white lady in the Grey shirt If my order went thru was given attitude for just asking A question. She was also disrespectful towards her own staff for just asking a simple question.. Then when I got my food she gave it to me on a plate i notified her That it was to go and she said oh my god rolled her eyes and walked away and started to help other costumers. I had to ask for my own bag and still give an attitude for that. This staff member was extremely disrespectful.. if u look at paper I got with my food it says take out

Typical Sorry McDonald's, with typical sorry employees. Rude ,unfriendly, unwelcoming. Overpriced for low quality trash I was hesitant to feed to my dog. Night shift is terrible. Will not return.

Seem to be more concerned with rushing people in and out of line than the quality of product in which they serve. Went through the drive-through and you would think I would get more than just a half order of fries for my $10 extra value meal.

Possibly the rudest drive thru experience. The only worker that really spoke was in the 1st windows but that was only to say the price. Then handed back my card and receipt. Second windows lady shoved our drinks at us no straws. Then shoved both happy meals at the same time and stated go to the next windows. Sat there a few minutes then some man came and shoved our food out the windows and abruptly turned away. Not a single person said have a nice day. Made sure it was the correct food. Nothing. !

Worst McDonald's in Jonesboro. Food is always correct on screen when they give it too you it's wrong. When you bring it up to them they huff and puff. One time an employee told me the manager will not let her fix it.

They advertise 24 hours on Google went thru drive thruand sat for 5 minutes. Drive thru lane was open, lights were on. No response. Pulled up to the window, a staff member kept pointing to me looked then looked away. The night manager the button down shirt looks me dead in the eye no motion or comment to say theyre not taking orders just a dirty look as if I should no better than bother them. Ok then close. But dont let people waste time in the middle of the night thinking they'll get service because you lie that you're open to the public 24 hours. Between 3 and 4 am Sat. Aug. 30th. Rude. Burger King and Sonic have 10 times the courtesy and customer care. Night manager needs trained properly. And stop telling me to go online. You have to have a receipt to lodge a complaint. I couldn't even get service, so tell me how I lodge a complaint?! I had to call corporate which takes more time. So basically the customer has to either suck it up. Or waste all there time wanting poor service corrected. Maybe try actually caring how you treat others.

2207 Nettleton Drive, Jonesboro location is the rudest nightstand. let cars sit in the drive thru at a 24 hour location. no apology. no, "sorry but we cant take any orders at the moment" when I pulled around to the window the manager stared at me and then walked away as if I were beneath them advertising 24 hours and wasting a trip up there.

This past week I’ve stopped to get a Hot French vanilla Latte. Once they handed an iced coffee to me when I tried correcting them they said they made it cold. The second time I was handed just black coffee. This morning I was handed a Latte that had looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, ice cold when she handed it to me. She assured me it was a hot latte. This place regularly does things like this. Take the short drive to a different McDonalds.

Took my wife through drive thru while we were in Jonesboro the customer service was actually good but the food on the other hand my wife couldn’t even eat her food and never in my life I had fries that tasted sour and soggy and my Big Mac was dry and it felt and looked like the bun went through the bun warmer 3 or 4 times spent 23 dollars to get sick and puke on the side of the road note we live an hour away and I didn’t call them because it’s probably like any other McDonald be like talking to a brick wall
