As a Hispanic I love authentic food but would not recommend this place. The beans RUNNY the Queso runny. Customer service awful. 0/10 recommend.

The customer services was nonexistant. I waited almost 40 minutes for my food. Was initially told 15-20 minutes but every 5 minutes after, i was told it would be 5 more minutes. The health inspector showed up about 10 minutes after I ordered so I assume this had something to do with the delay. I was frustrated with having to occupy 3 kids in the car for close to 40 minutes, but what pushed me over was the attitude and pure disrespect when she finally opened the window after I knocked on it several times and asked to just get my money back. The food was suddenly ready then. I stated I was waiting almost 40 minutes and with the snarkest attitude she said "no you didnt" and she "told me it would be 20 minutes". I recieved my food at 2:34. My debit card receipt was posted at 1:57. The math isn't mathing to say that is 15-20 minutes. Do better and treat your customers respectfully. I was not out of place for being upset. I odered a cup of corn, a chic and cheese quesidilla, and tamales, that I know are prepared in advance. Without customers, you won't have a business.
