The food was just okay, the service was just okay, the atmosphere is.... Okay. At least the pricing wasn't high but it's pretty middle of the road.
My sandwich was a little salty and soggy. Not sure if there could have been some fixins added or not because our cashier was kinda out of it.
Baked potato was quite good however, and large. Maybe could have used a little extra sour cream or ranch to moisten the whole thing up.
Frito chili pie and mozzarella sticks were pretty good.
Overall an interesting place, like fair food in a restaurant. I feel it could have been executed just a little better than what we experienced.

Employees were nice, food came fast, and place was nice and well kept. The food was expensive considering it was edible but not good. Makes subway great in comparison and subway would’ve been about 1/2 the price. $40 for 3 tiny sandwiches and a drink. Food was Soggy, had almost no flavor, and room temperature.

Love Munchy's! Been going here for years! I love the turkey sandwiches and criss cross fries with cheese. My husband got the Philly steak cheese and loved it. Great food and service!

My friend and I ate at munchies for the first time today. We checked out their website, menu and prices before we went. Well, we stood in line to order for about 15 minutes and it was hot in there. Something was not right with the air conditioner or they had it turned up because it was very hot. Then when we ordered it was a lot more expensive than we expected because we looked at the online menu and the prices are drastically different. We didn't get everything we ordered. We has to go back to get it. But back to prices, they was about 1/3 higher than we expected. There is a lot I could say but we just won't go back.-

Munchy’s is usually great but we just left and the person working the drive thru seemed annoyed that they had to help us. There were barely any fries and the ones we did get were soggy and not fully cooked. I want to give this experience one star but I like this place so much that I don’t want to hurt the rating.

I placed a 30 sandwich order to be delivered to Arkansas State campus for my son and his classmates. I called from out of state which you never know how it will work. Stephanie was absolutely FABULOUS!! She helped every step of the way, had everything ready in plenty of time, and verified delivery location/method.
