We arrived at 8:00 and they close at 9:00. I got the all you can eat soup and salad. I had to go find out server to get another bowl of soup and something to drink. Our server was more interested in doing his closing clean up and talking to other employees than waiting on us. We were supposed to get bread worth or salad and didn't get it until we were finished eating and ready to go and ONLY because we asked for it a second time.
I was there today for lunch and as always the food and service were excellent. But the main reason I’m leaving this review is because of a situation I faced. I left my backpack there. I don’t live in Jonesboro and didn’t realize I didn’t have it until hours later and I was already out of town. I called and they have it! The GM Jennifer Coker was so helpful and is shipping it back to my house in OKC. She didn’t have to go above and beyond like this, but she was so kind...
My girlfriend has a severe shellfish allergy so it is always worrisome when we go out to eat. We have never felt more taken care of and sure that there would be no issue. Once we let the waiter know of the allergy he seemed genuinely concerned for her safty. Then a few moments later the FOH manager came to our table to ensure us of all the steps that will be and have been taken to guarantee a wonderful experience. When your here you truly are family to these outstanding workers....
