Food is really good but not worth the wait. There was 4 cars in the drive through and it took 10 minutes to get through 2 cars.

Why have I not heard of this place sooner? We had ordered take out on a Monday and went back again on Tuesday it was so delicious!!! We have tried a little bit of everything; sesame chicken, general tso, spicy dumplings, eggs roll, honey chicken, coconut shrimp and the sampler for two. Each are so delicious!!!! It’s a quiet clean environment and every worker are respectful, kind, and quick! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

They didn't have alot of items on the menu, the sesame chicken was too spicy I couldn't eat it. The service was good the atmosphere was nice.just need ro get the menues redone to reflect what they do have with a description. All sesame chicken I've had Ahmad not been hot.

The food was okay but not as good as ratings on the ratings we found. The place could use a good cleaning. The floors were sticky and bathroom was not very clean. The door to the kitchen was dirty where you could see workers pushed it open with there feet. The matt by the register was really sticky.

This restaurant made me miserable because I couldn't stop eating it! When I say this food has some flavor I mean it was all good. The egg drop soup was actually a egg yolk color instead of that super light and thin broth that have come with other restaurants. The sesame chicken was real chicken and the sauce was perfect. But let's talk about those steamed dumplings I need to start getting into that container and I can't LOL it's so good I will be back

I went inside and placed a "to go" order. The service was nice, I waited for my order. A few minutes later, I was handed my order. I got to my car and checked the order. It was completely wrong, I thought, ok, mistakes happen. I went back inside, they handed me my order and was assured it was correct. When I got back home, I discovered half of it was wrong AGAIN!
The "spicy" General Tso and the "spicy" Mongolian chicken (not what I ordered) was bland, not spicy at all. This was not a good experience, I will not return!

They need to update their menus! We went there for sushi and they no longer sell it which we didn’t find out until we went to place our order. We had already placed an order for tea which they charged us almost $10 for even though we didn’t drink it as we left to go someplace else that actually serves what’s on their menu.

Best Asian Food in Jonesboro, and the service is very good. When I want to dine in Jonesboro Arkansas, Orient Express is my goto spot.

It's an alright restaurant. When I went the place was about half full and they only had one server for the entire place. So it was a bit slow. He was doing his best but they need to get him another to help during lunch rush.

Ordered sesame chicken, got very spicy general tso with sesame seeds. So hot I could not enjoy it. For the price, it was very disappointing.
