The food and stay were amazing. I ordered over 30 pizzas with 5 different times. 2 delivery and 3 pickups. One was a lady minute addition. All were amazing and on time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great store! Delicious food.

Driver Issac Kelley hit me pulling out of papa John’s, he stated he had insurance and did not. The company also did not insurance their delivery driver. (He’s still driving and delivering) I cannot get anyone in franchise management to contact me so maybe this will work. I would love to speak to someone about fixing my vehicle before taking legal action. Thank you.

I just wanted to say that I am very thankful for the help I got at this store! I do not live in this state, and I placed an order to be picked up by a loved one for their birthday. James was very hands on about making sure the pizza was done correctly, and had everything I asked for on it. He even wrote happy birthday on the box for my loved one to see. Thank you James!!!

Ordered a couple pizzas and cheese sticks for dinner. Placed the order this afternoon to be delivered around dinner time. Because my order was a delayed order, I did not have access to the PapaTracker. The delivery time came and went, so I waited an extra 15 minutes before calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. The manager I spoke to was very rude and frankly incompetent. He claimed my order was not in his system, so I asked him three times how we could resolve the issue as I'd already been charged for the food. He said that he was too busy and I would have to call corporate to get it resolved. I called corporate and they were able to see my order in the system, so they called him back to get the issue resolved, and he told them that he was too busy to deal with it as well. I noticed that recent reviews have been low for this location, and I have to wonder how much lazy management is playing a part in it. Customer service was absolutely horrible. He had a bad attitude and clearly had no interest in trying to resolve the issue at hand. I am so frustrated because my family orders from Papa Johns on a fairly regular basis, but I do not have any interest in supporting a restaurant whose management will not help their customers when issues arise.

Tonight was really busy, I guess because of the storms. They had two people working in store and were alittle backed up NOT THEIR fault! Our pizza was good and hot when we got it home. Thank you guys for being open when none of the pizza places were!

Always clean and on time on 04/2/2025 3:40 pm store was full due to storm and tornadoes advice all town was dismissed early and seems that everyone want to eat papa joahns but this guys work as a team and quickly delivered all pizzas and make pizzas fast. I’m a old pizza owner business and this guys deserve a rise or bonus I never saw a team like that

The food is usually good, but the customer service is terrible. The app will say your food is ready, but when you arrive to pick it up, you still have to wait. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. A simple “Hey, we’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way. It would be nice to at least be greeted at a place where I’m spending my money. Awful.

Went to papa John’s tonight after a long night at work. The parking lot was full of potholes. The app said my food was ready then it took 10 more minutes to get my food. Got home to a pizza that was mostly crust. Called the store and talked to David told him the pizza was bad and he told that was subjective and he couldn’t get me another pizza. Idk why because the website says the store closes at 1 and this was at midnight. He told me he could void the transaction and I said sure. I just wanted to exchange the pizza, I’m not sure why that option wasn’t available.

New manager is awful, pizza made wrong, didn't help until there was a line out the door so he could make pizzas (there was only 1 order on screen), I asked to buy a few marinara before checking out and he didn't acknowledge me only cashed out the pizza so I proceeded to ask AGAIN with money in hand and he handed me ONE which I obviously wanted to buy more and just walked off. Jose was the best and honestly this new guy has made papa John's worse then it was when Brandon managed It and that's saying alot. It's not even worth the time to go get the pizza re made if he's going to be the one running the show. Guess back to domino's it is. Very disappointed.

So we ordered doordash tonight and all I can say is stay away from the bowls. The portions are tiny. I mean so tiny you would be more full from ordering a happy meal at McDonald's. Papa John's website is misleading as well the photos of the bowls are nothing like what you actually get. I could see the bottom of my dish before ever eating anything. It's crazy that their bowls cost close to 10 dollars for maybe 3-5 bites (that's how small my portion was and again I must express I ordered from doordash so they wouldn't refund due to portion size they said they can't control portion size so it is not a valid excuse for a refund. So I called the store where I got a response that the bowls usually appear small in portion size.. so they are admitting to deceptive marketing and misleading the customers who see a full bowl on the website. Also they agreed to remake it and did the same thing again and really showed no sense of concern about portion size or lack there of. In conclusion stay away from the bowls unless you like throwing money into the trash because that's what you would be doing not to mention you will probably throw the bowl in the trash as well considering the 3-5 bites you get in your portion will be greasy and nasty.

Waited over an hour for our carry out order.
Staff acted like they couldn’t see us behind the counter. Awful place. No gloves, no hairnets. Delivery drivers would leave and come back and start handling pizzas without washing their hands.
