i ordered the melt and it showed up burnt and hard, couldnt even bite into edges so called the caraway store and Seth pretty much said too bad it comes that way, the delivery driver was nice

From the best pizza ever right down to the worst. Please fire the person taking orders over the phone. Ordered 2 pizzas, and both were not wat was ordered over the phone

I got a new job that actually schedules me Hours, also it's a Non Hosile Environment where I'm not Screamed at by people with anger issues Screaming and Throwing things at me.
I was NEVER trained in Anything, much less shoulder to shoulder yet I was Constantly Yelled at because I wasn't doing it right! Then there were 3 new people who on their VERY FIRST DAY were being trained shoulder to shoulder and taught the Right way to do things, which I begged to get multiple times! Morning shift is AMAZING, because they don't care to show you if you don't know and they have a positive attitude as well as having no problem helping out if you have alot of orders.
Never in my whole 18 years of working have I experienced this kind of work environment!
Kasha you literally talk about how bad the store is and managers are TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS,Talk about EVERYONE INCLUDING MANAGERS, Steal tips without even reporting the total amount at the end of ur shift and have an Attitude to Everyone except Managers or shift leads, after all that u get PROMOTED, AFTER LOOSING THAT POSITION ONCE BEFORE, TOOK U LESS THAN A MONTH TO GET BACK TO SHIFT LEAD!!!! MINDBOGGELING! Seems like you get rewarded for being lazy and if you work your butt off like I did you get criticized and harassed!
Jonathan, you have a Serious Anger problem and I was told the day I was doing my videos by Kasha that you made her cry that you just have anger problems after I see you scream IM WALKING THE F@CK OUT and Slam the Door, open it back up and SLAM IT TWICE MORE, I was like what is going on? Then I was told about how your anger is "Getting Better than it was Before" (WHAT?!) Not to mention the day you threw a broom across the store while Screaming IM ABOUT TO WALK TF OUT I CANT HANDLE YOU GUYS and it came within an inch from hitting me in the back! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR! I DONT SEE HOW IT HAS GONE ON THIS LONG Honestly.
And you wonder why you can't keep anyone longer than a week?Hmm?

Absolutely will never return to this Jonesboro location! Very rundown and dirty.... Not to mention our order was wrong and it wasn't even a large order! Literally..... 2 lunch box personal pizzas and side wings.... Come on now.... GET IT TOGETHER! THERE IS TOO MUCH COMPETITION IN THIS TOWN FOR YALL TO BE SLIPN!!!!!!

Pizza hut on caraway road is no longer an option, the lobby looked closed down, there was no buffet, the pizza was sub par at best, and the counter person referred to me as captain multiple times, I'm a 55 year old man and I have earned the right to be called SIR, but alas what would you expect from people that put out an inferior product and a business that upon entering looked closed down.

One pizza was wrong and over cooked. Was supposed to have Pepperoni, Mushrooms, and Italian Sausage. Had Peperoni and Bacon instead. Other pizza was undercooked and oily. Didn't get the Cinnabon icing that I paid extra for. This is not my first issue with this store. They will never get another penny of my money. It's pathetic that grown people can follow simple order instructions

I ordered a a pizza and was told it would be here by 8:47pm.
At 9pm I called to check and was told it was running late.
At 9:30 I called and was told I would have to reorder, I asked to speak to a manager and the guy on the phone told me I would have to call a different number, he gave me the number for a pizza hut in TENNESSEE. I Called back after finding out what he did and asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 15 minutes, until they finally hung up on me. I finally received my pizza at 10:30!
I was shocked by the awful service and run around I got... I was never allowed to speak to a manager.
