This pizza inn is horrible . They take so long to make your order . I went and made an order tonight and went in there and stood for 2 whole hours before getting my food and the food was cold when I got it. Please don’t go here !

Love the buffet here. If something you want isn't on the buffet, they'll make it for you. 4 stars on the atmosphere as the floors were not very clean but someone started sweeping as we were about finished.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM this location again. My kids usually love their pizzas so I order from there ALL the time. I always get the same exact thing. Two medium pizzas for both of my girls and a large buffalo chicken pizza for myself and my husband. The buffalo chicken pizza we received today hardly had any chicken and a very small amount of sauce. I was told that I was wrong because they've been weighing their ingredients when I know what it's supposed to be like because I order it all the time. I asked my family to each bite a piece and it was bland due to lack of ingredients. I was told by I'm assuming the manager that they would remake me HALF of a pizza and sent it to my house and made me give the other one back. BEWARE because they have horrible customer service and as someone who orders there so often, I will not be ordering from there again. I have never falsy complained about anything. Not to mention last time we were in there because my kids wanted to get out of the house, we had to leave and go to the other location because everything on the buffet was old and there was not one table that was clean to sit at. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but this is unacceptable.

Ordered delivery paid for delivery but they only deliver to my neighborhood on some nights but not all nights even though the pizza inn delivery guy just left my neighbor's house

Went for the advertised bottomless baked pasta that was advertised and there was none to be had. I put in a request for it with the waitress and had a salad and a slice of pizza. No pasta ever came. Disappointed.
Called where there was a mistake made on order and was told since my 8 year old ate a piece of pizza they will not replace the large pizza I ordered , it had to be intact . I understand that I might have said wow that crazy, are you kidding me but the manager said I had an attitude and he would give one back to anyone with an attitude. I explained I eat there all the time and have been for 20+ years and never been spoke to this way. He said it was not there problem it was the way the order read when it printed when I asked to speak with who is over him I was told it’s online. Wow

The place was disgusting. Dirty tables and floors. Food looked like it had been out all day. Servers were nice but they weren’t happy with the fact that we didn’t want to eat there even though I told them I’d pay for what we had. Just not a good experience and we weren’t even in there 10 minutes.

The food was horrible. The place looked nasty. Our waitress was very nice but all the other employees were running around in house shoes and pajama pants and just looked unkept. Them for two people it was over 30$ just for the buffet. Never going back
