My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner because we are both Dashers and it was close to our drops.
We literally SAT for 10 minutes! No drinks, no server, no acknowledgment, nothing!!! After reflecting on the situation, we decided to go to the establishment on Caraway Road.
Needless to say, we were greeted immediately with well wishes and smiles from EVERYONE!!!
Shame on you Southwest Dr!!! You should send ALL of your employees to Caraway Road to learn some etiquette on how to deal with the public from the professionals!!!

When it’s good it’s best in town. When it’s bad it’s the worst you have ever eaten. I struggle with the food or service rating because when cooked correctly it’s good so would say bad service.

Don’t call or order if you’re in a hurry. Called an order in at 3:32pm to be picked up at 4:30. It’s 4:55 and our order still isn’t ready for pickup and we are late to where we were supposed to be. Was told it would be ready by 4:30 by the guy on the phone.

Been ordering from this location for years because it's on our way to our house & every time we place an order with this place we order at least 4-6 pizza's. They messed up One of our pizzas from an order last night that was called in, the one that was made wrong we ordered the same exact way the night before so I call and the girl on the phone says she'll write me down for a remake and I can come by and pick it up tomorrow as i told her i would so I called them on my way home from work tonight to tell them I want to pick up the remake & the girl that answers the phone tells me that it Was wrote down in the book that I get 20% off my next order Which was not at all what I was told by the girl on the phone last night but this girl Continues to talk over me is rude and disrespectful and tells me I can talk to the general manager tomorrow when I've already spoke to someone last night. You do not speak to repeat customers that spend a good amount of money every time they order. You don't speak to customers that way period & expect them to just take it. Everyone was really nice the past couple nights i came through the drive thru but apparently when they mess something up & make a mistake that all changes because according to them they don't make mistakes. Mistakes happen but don't start getting rude & start blaming the customer for why you made their pizza that they called into you!! This place just continues to go downhill with the customer service.

Great place to eat. This one is super clean and friendly and even brought us our pizza out in the rain since we couldn't get through drive up. We was gonna go in and get it but instead they came out. Awesome people. Thank you. Big parking lot also.

Had my son’s birthday party here with a group of 18-20 people on a Sunday. I was worried because they don’t do reservations. Maddie was absolutely awesome though and kept up with my family’s orders and refills with is a tall task to say the least. She made sure to get my kids pizza request out first though since he was the birthday boy and made sure to give him the first few slices. She was amazingly attentive, still helped out in the main dining area, and checked us all out. Big thank you for making our birthday celebration complete.
