My husband and I went to the Southwest Drive location for dinner but were VERY disappointed when we sat there for 10 minutes with no drinks, no server, no acknowledgment, nothing!!!
So we came to the establishment on Caraway Road and IMMEDIATELY we were greeted with well wishes and GENUINE smiles!
Our server, Stephanie was AMAZING! The first thing she did was greet us with a very warm and sincere smile and letting us know that she SEES us. She took our drink order and it was perfect from there!
Thank you Caraway Pizza Inn for taking care of 2 hangry dashers and making our night go a little smoother!!!

I have to say that there was a pregnant lady serving us and she kept up with everybody else that was there. Most people seem miserable with their life’s when serving people. Even seen it at Texas road house mostly but this girl worked hard and was the nicest person ever!

My experience at Pizza Inn on Caraway in Jonesboro AR was awful. The buffet was a mess, food was all over the place, and the service was terrible. The pizza options were really bad, and I had a hard time finding anything I actually wanted to eat. Honestly, I’d give this place a 0 out of 10.
