I love this place it is a little expensive but also places that are coming up these days are, same thing as Firehouse but I love firehouse and I'll pay the money, as well as I will for Potbelly's this place is great I highly recommend it simple little setup only thing I recommend just have that stuff or I don't have to make any selections other than the sandwich, a lot of people don't like, will a lot of people I mean people like me, we like options don't get me wrong but not when it comes to a sandwich while we're talking face-to-face with you we want to be In-N-Out, no offense you all have nice faces, and whoever Works where they got to talk to the people, you are God sends cuz I can't do that kind of work period people no no no no even though I run my own business and have to deal with them daily, secretly I hate it that being said this is a great place to eat and recommend the underground or whatever they call it secret menu the back menu whatever

I placed an order for in-store pickup by mistake instead of delivery and called to see if I could get it switched. The owner answered and explained they were busy because of BOGO night, but that man went above and beyond to get me my food. He personally drove it to my house and delivered it himself.
10/10 would highly recommend. Potbelly will always get my business.

First time there, it was great!! Had the pick a pair. Both the grilled chicken club and Cubano were great. The broccoli cheddar soup was wonderful only downside to our meal was the Mac and cheese. It was toward the end of the day and not fresh. But overall a great first impression.

I ordered there once and was really satisfied with the service the second time I went I ordered a sub without cheese and was reassured mine was marked to signify it had no cheese I got four big bites and told management they gave me two free entree tickets and made my sandwich fresh but I won't return I've been sick for awhile now afterwards

The chick in there was a bit rude (as well as to fellow co workers) poor dude was working his butt off she was just concerned with telling him what to do other than do it herself. Have a three for atmosphere because of her and ordering doesn’t have a good flow or clear direction of the flow

Been seeing a lot of commercials, made me wonder if the store was failing. After getting my order….yeah it’s failing! Paid for extra cheese (received none) had an option for onions that were extra caramelized ( they were raw ). I won’t be back!
I had a prime rib streak sandwich and was amazed how much meat was on there and how good it was. Loved the onions and everything else they put on it as well.

I've been going to Potbelly since they opened. They keep adding new things which is great! I got the chili and mac bowl, the sweet heat bbq sandwich, and the coffee shake and they are all delicious and definitely something I will order again.

From the warm greeting and excellent service to the great food and portion sizes. Pot exceeded all expectations of what a restaurant establishment should always provide. The food was so great my wife and I loved it. All at a great price. Definitely our favorite sandwich place!! Great atmosphere as well to dine in!
