I had the Bo Luc Lak Beef (sp), and it was very disappointing. The beef was cooked to the texture of a marble. The atmosphere was that of a dying food court. I was just passing through, so maybe there are better options.

Absolutely love the food! Feels very healthy and clean every time I eat it. I’ve gotten it multiple times a week since I’ve first tried it recently!
A bowl of disappointment. Surprised no bean sprouts were provided. Noodles were spongy. A layer of thick oil covered the surface when served. The overall taste is not better than instant noodle.

I come here for pho soup I cannot find it anywhere in Paragould I'm so happy to find Pho love fresh basil and fresh bean sprouts for the soup when they have it. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls is also good and the service is excellent these kids are awesome servers kind polite sweet

I bought a couple Bahn Mi’s and there’s an option to get the bread “toasted” or not. I highly recommend not getting it toasted. The bread is so dry you can’t get your mouth around it to bite down. It crumbles like a crouton. Literally disintegrates into a plate of crumbs. Shouldn’t even be an option. Also, paid for 2x meat and didn’t get it. Mostly upset about not being able to eat the bread.

Parking is almost nonexistent. No climate control. I've eaten at Saigon a couple of times and the food was overcooked both times.

The soup was fair. They were skimmy with the green leafy and onions. It didn't have the tendons. I have had so much better.

Our entire group was very disappointed in the food.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the food came out quickly! It was the best Pho I’ve ever had.
