Love this place. The pastries are delicious and also incredibly affordable.

Wedding cake

Never actually been to this place so not sure why im being ask to review it but hey check out Wrestling With The Locals's youtube and subscribe follow tiktok and help our community grow!

We stopped by here just to see what they had and they had pastries and real Mexican bread (pan). We tried a little bit of everything, it was all fresh and delicious. We tried the conchas (they have vanilla and chocolate), delce de leche pastry (sugared crust with delce de leche filling in a folded pastry), the strawberry and cream pastry (like a slice of cake with layers of crust, strawberry filling, and cream), and an apple pie. These pastry’s had the most flaky, delicate, and soft crunch. My favorite was the strawberry and cream pastry, it was like a toaster strudel on crack. I have been craving this place. The ladies were nice and quick to check us out. The store was clean and cutely labeled and shelved. Even the Mexican bread tasted freshly baked and it was legit. Next time I’m in Jonesboro I already know I will be stopping here.

I don’t know how I’ve never heard of this place! I loved it so much and the prices are excellent, you definitely have to try the tres leches (if they haven’t sold out). 10/10 experience, friendly service, and answered all of my questions!

The service could be better, the younger girls who work there are always inviting and polite, but the older women who works there always has a nasty uninviting attitude, doesn’t even bother saying hello or goodbye.
Decor:
Wish the inside looked a little better! Impressions are so important with customers, so if it doesn’t look inviting and curated on the insides why would a customer think the food is worth trying or if it’s even sanitary for example to eat or that much thought goes into, if the decor is less than exceptional. Especially with rude employees.
Food:
The food is good, the cakes are delicious, but the corn we had was too salty.
Where the business lacks I’d say the food does make up for it.

Sandy's bakery did an amazing job on my daughter's sweet 16 birthday cake! I placed my order on Tuesday and it was ready by Saturday. Most places wanted several weeks notice so I was impressed with how quickly they could get it done! They were a life saver! My daughter sent me a few pics of cakes she liked and I chose a pic and gave it to Sandy's and they duplicated the cake in the photo perfectly! The cake was gorgeous! She requested vanilla cake with raspberry filling and it was a huge hit with guests. My daughter and her friends said it was the best cake they'd ever eaten! Highly recommend!!!!!!
