Always been a Shadrachs fan as the employees have always been nice but my experience the last couple times at the Red Wolf location hasn’t been great. Today I went and got 4 drinks. 3 Shaddy pops and 1 small strawberry smoothie for my 3 year old. Typically I would order a kids smoothie but it just slipped my mind and I accidentally ordered a small. When she took my order and it was time to pay, she didn’t even tell me my total, just took my card and swiped it. Then when we got to the window she handed me the smoothie and I asked if we could get a purple straw for my son as he was in the back seat asking for one. She looked at me like I asked her something she’s never been asked and was quick to tell me “No. Those are for kids cups only.” It’s not the fact that she didn’t give us a purple straw for my son, it was just disappointing that her tone and attitude was the way that it was. I really don’t know if I’ll be back after my past couple of experiences.

If you're looking for good Chai Latte? Don't bother trying here. Was flavorless and awful. People were very nice, and quick service, but the Chai was terrible. Like even worse than Starbucks type of bad. Has been hard, because am not finding any decent Chai here in Jonesboro.

Red Wolf Shadrachs! I’m so sad? Shadrachs is my number one ALL THE TIME but this is simply lazy coffee making. I asked for a white chocolate mocha (my usual). I tasted it, and it tasted like black coffee with whip cream - well this explains it. I still love shadrachs (especially Hilltop) but very disappointed in the Red Wolf location and definitely won’t be going back to the early morning crew.
Sorry this is the third time I try'ed this coffee. I drink my coffee black no sugar or flavoring added this coffee just like hot water to me. But I like my coffee strong that could be the problem.
