I have nothing bad to say about this place…at any location. They’re friendly. Their coffee is awesome. What I’ve tried food wise odd only a muffin…not it was great. Ask about their secret menu…I’m completely addicted to their Campfire, hot, with whip. I go to locations all over town when I’m out running around for work. I found them on accident…but I have nothing but praise. And the service at every location…top shelf! If I were going to make a recommendation…not a critique…they had signs out back when there was snow on the ground so we could text our order and it’d be ready when we pulled up…i think that would be a marvelous thing to implement on a permanent basis. But just because it’s convenient for someone like me. I’m happy to spend my money there and support this business.

I generally love Shadrachs as a company ; I wake up early enough every morning to make sure I stop for a drink. However, as of late I have not had the desire to go. The drinks are thrown together and disgusting lately. The workers seem to have the worst customer service skills and manners. The Red wolf location is most convenient for me because I work next door. If I continue giving my money with Shadrachs , I would never consider the red wolf location again. They’re are the rudest staff ever. No one speaks , smiles, or even makes the drinks correctly. This morning I waited in line an extra 20 minutes because the workers wanted to catch up with their friends. To make matters worst my latte was reheated . You would think by the workers being outside having brunch, the drinks would be fresh .

Highly disappointed with my experience today. For a year I’ve paid the same amount for my cup of medium coffee. Why it increased and when I asked the girl no response. Then I received my coffee and it is stone cold like it was day old coffee!
Caraway location and no they were not busy, yet!

I got a strawberry smoothie.They're made with real fruit but I believe it's the puréed kind that comes in the packs with the sugar already added.It was a little too sweat. But that's probably just preference.But it was pretty good!The rest of the family got coffee and frappes and they said they were amazing!
