I went through the Southwest Drive location this morning and had an issue with a gift card. They handled it quickly and are always so nice there. Thanks for such good customer service!
The friendliest and most helpful baristas are at Shadrach’s. Their coffee is the best! You will leave here with a smile and want to come back daily. My fave is the iced coffee, my son loves their energy drinks as well as the strawberry crumb cake. Can’t go wrong with any of their drinks ❤️

Great customer service, friendly and helped with the order.
Coffee was good.
Ordered an XL alpine white chocolate mocha.
Strong, bold flavor.
I order it with an extra shot, and it was a little too strong for me. I recommend staying with 3 shots.
But over all it was good coffee.
Will be going back..
